My name is Paul Looman. My purpose in life is to use my skill sets and passion for design to help people and companies solve problems the simplest way possible.
I’m a graphic, web and multimedia designer from Effingham, Illinois, in short, a Creative Professional. I am a design geek, not only am I proud of it, I wear it as a badge of honor. I have been this way my whole life. When I was a kid I use to save the packaging from my favorite action figures and try to recreate the graphics on the packaging. I would spend just as much time studying the package design and its construction as I would play with the characters.
This passion and curiosity for everything design drove my decisions to go to art school for media arts & animation. After graduating Cum Laude, I continued the career I had already started as a graphic designer. I soon added more hats as a web designer and multimedia designer. Since that time, I have stayed focused on learning new trends and skill sets; such as Digital Marketing and UX Design while keeping my interest in animation alive.
When I’m not researching solutions, self-studying, or pushing pixels you’ll find me cooking with my wife, watching the newest animation or super hero movie with my kids, having dance parties with my daughter or shooting hoops with my boys.
